Ingredients

  • 1 (2-inch) strip of lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Meyer Brothers Demerara
  • 1 teaspoon Campari
  • 3 dashes of grapefruit bitters
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
  • 2 ounces gin
  • Ice

Preparation

  1. In a rocks glass, muddle lemon zest with Meyer Brothers Demerara, Campari, grapefruit bitters and sea salt.
  2. Add gin and a few ice cubes and stir until well chilled. Top with more ice and serve right away. Aw geez that is good!
